Perfect Atlanta Weekend Part I

The weather is Puuuuurfect right now! Sunny, highs in the low 80's and lows in the high 50's...I've been feeling pretty lucky livin here right now! It really is the best time of year!

This weekend were all about town with a variety of activities.

**friday night**
We went to see the just released new Bill Mahr movie Riligilous. It was Hilarious. If you are partial to a religion it is probably completely offensive, but the theater we were in people were laughing out loud! Of course we are in Atlanta midtown....

**saturday**
A month ago I was telling Matt maybe we should go to a Georgia Tech football game before we leave, I've never been to a football game in the south. It seems to be a religious like ritual here. So he surprised me with tickets to the GaTech vs. Duke game!

It was a great day as you can see and the view of the city from our seats was FANTASTIC!
I know NOTHING about football. I mean, for real, nothing. Matt kept trying to explain things to me like first downs, but it seemed to me it was ALWAYS first down. If the view wasn't so freakin fabulous I would of been BORED.
I was entertained by the crowd, the dads with the small kids decked out in the schools colors and the half time show!
I had never seen a marching band before! Fun!
I will upload the rest of the pics tonight. The cheerleaders were cool when Ga Tech scored! I LOVED the big giant GT flag!!! And the mascot was silly to watch. Now I've done it, don't think I'll need to again. Although I would like to go to a night game just to see the city lights...those pictures could be worth it!
