Craigslist Queen

February Miles: BIG FAT ZERO

Craigslist can get addicting. It's like a pulse on the rental market in Atlanta, the employment market and stuff. Really....STUFF, and more STUFF! I have been selling stuff like crazy on it. I really want to move to a smaller place and we found a GREAT apartment in a triplex, that was in the perfect location and was set up really nice, but we have TOO MUCH STUFF to fit in there. It wouldn't all fit even if we filled it like a storage shed! So it was time to thin out my stuff. I have a hard time getting rid of STUFF because I get so attached to things, I really want my stuff to go to a good home where someone will appriciate it. My headlines read like 'Nice rug looking for good home' that kind of thing. At least I'm not buying on craigslist, just selling on it, and looking for a new place to call home. I call myself a craigslist queen- I found our current house on it, I found Matt's summer rental on it, my current and last three jobs, and sold a ton of stuff on it! I'm hooked! I'm also down and out for the walking this month. Isn't that the way it always goes?? Just when something is going so good, it falls apart. I was feeling SO good and was really excited about this month, I had some serious goals that I thought I could reach. Then last Thursday night I woke up with my right heel in the most intense pain I've ever had. It was like I stepped on a hot nail- I really thought it was a nightmare. The next morning I couldn't walk and was still in terrible pain. I went to the doctor and after four hours and a couple x rays he offically diagonist me with planter ficitus and achilles tendonitis. What the hell? Why? Why? WHY??
I guess I'm going to ride this month instead. Luckily I found a really great bike trail by my work. My girl and I are going to ride until I'm back to 100%. The poor boys are just sad and don't understand at all.
