Barcelona? Spain?

I've been cooped up in my office all week, digging into the new job. It's taken more hours than I expected, I'm still pretty slow at the new software and we had lots of stuff going out. This is my building. I'm on the 19th floor facing East. I don't have windows, but my boss and co-workers have floor to ceiling windows. I get vertigo in their offices if I have my back to the window, I have to be looking out, which still feels a little woosey. My boss has her guest chairs with the backs to the window and I feel like I'm going to fall over backwards when I sit there. It's a strange feeling. Yesterday I was in her office for about 30 minutes and then someone elses office with windows for another 30 minutes and felt sea sick like. Having no windows in my office isn't as bad as you'd think.
This is my building that I go to and from each weekday. It's a nice building, I"m getting comfortable there. I had ANOTHER flat on Tuesday. I've been taking MARTA, Rocky rode yesterday for the first time. She has probably 10 year old tires that have most likely NEVER had a flat. Anyways, I fixed up Goosey with some new rim tape and she rode nice today. She felt burly almost!
Matt has been getting comfortable too in his new job. He is in the hydrogen division with Air Products. They are working on getting hydrogen filling stations all over so that the new hydrogen cars can start rolling out on the streets and into your driveway. Tuesday GM brought one of the new prototypes to have the Air Products employees test drive them. They (GM) are getting ready to put a bunch into 'real life' test mode in NYC this summer. Matt got to drive it. Pretty dang cool! He said it was smooth, and completely quiet- he wasn't sure if it was on when he turned the key. And is has no gears so it speeds up smooth and fast.
Yesterday Matt called me in the middle of the day. He never calls so I was a little worried when I saw his name on my phone. He said, "So I'm on my way home....to pack"
Me=??huh???"what's going on?"
He explained, "Air Products is building a new hydrogen plant in Barcelona, that's where my boss is. Apparently the country's truck drivers are on strike so nothing is moving. And they need some parts right away. So I'm going to get them right now and then getting on a plane to Barcelona, tonight."
I asked, "Barcelona? Spain? Can't they Fed Ex it or something?"
Apparently being an intern with Air Products is a pretty sweet gig! So Matt is in Barcelona this weekend. His boss told him to bring non-perishable food because of the trucker's strike. Crazy world. This was Petey when I told him his dad was going to Spain.
