100%

(I'm not on my regular computer, so this is a picture from when I first moved to Atlanta and my parents came down. I just found out they are coming in Sept. YIPPEE!!)

Today I rode 100% on the road on the way home. I found a really great route and can't believe it's taken me this long to find it. I end up on crazy Piedmont for exactly .75 miles on the worst part, but it's better than it was. There has to be a pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks somewhere or some cut through that I haven't found yet.

The new route home gives me some new inclines to rip some new muscles and better condition the lungs. They are pretty puney overall, but at least at its some growth. This fall I plan to head back to Roswell to conquer that monster hill by the Chattahooche. I can't remember the name of the street, but its a popular training loop. I did it two years ago when I was in pretty great biking shape, but was 30# heavier, and I totally knocked it out. I'd like to go back and see if it's a hard as I remember.

I was pretty poor about tracking my miles in June....I tracked 149.63 and figure there is another 50 - 75 that didn't get tracked anywhere. Walking miles are tracked at 57 miles, but I know there was at least another 20-30in the month.

Pretty good month.

approx 200 bike miles

approx 75 walking miles

Good month.
